Overview
Active Partners Group is a vast growing enterprise headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, in Dubai, with international branches spread across the MENA countries to enable global market penetration. All our corporate offices are strategically located to ensure specialization and quintessential delivery of products and services.
Our History
Established in the year 2000, we entered the commercial world through the IT industry under the name AMSys. AMSys was based out of Sudan, and it progressed to become a major player in the worlds of IT, telecom, and business process management across the African continent.
Over the course of the coming years, the company has grown notably, expanded both vertically and horizontally, and has broken through additional markets and industries, which brought the brand into its improved current state and its significant international presence.
Presently, with the help of our own professional team as well as the acquired expertise and technologies, we are active in various industries including energy, construction projects, real estate, mining, business consultancy (BPM, PM, and financial structuring), and ICT with a continuous focus on worthwhile investment and joint venture opportunities.
Our Offices
APG Sudan
Active Partners Group was founded in Khartoum, Sudan, by a few budding entrepreneurs with the aim of growing into the MENA market, originally concentrating in the energy sector. APG entered into partnership with various international blue-chip companies in the energy industry across the divide to enhance its position as one of the leaders in the region. This partnership enabled APG to compete four projects including World Bank and MDTF approved projects. Some projects included the electrification of 10 State Capitals in South Sudan contract worth in excess of US $197m and various high-profile maintenance and development projects in Sudan including transmission lines and sub-stations. During this brief high growth period, APG’s board members approved the idea of further investments in other business areas and hence a diversification programme was put into place with an eye on high yield projects in other industries. APG then decided to relocate its Headquarters to Dubai because of International sanctions in place affecting business and growth in Sudan.
APG Kenya
Owing to the exponential growth in the region and demand within the East African region, a technical, logistic and project management office was opened in Kenya which then assumed the technical support across all our International offices.
APG Dubai
The Dubai office originally was the hub for financial structuring and was the investment arm of the group until the inevitable relocation of the Headquarters.
APG Ukraine
Our Ukraine Office is the heart of our manufacturing activities and is where we bring our Intellectual Properties and methodologies into life.
APG China
China is the main location for sourcing raw materials as well as the parts needed for our manufacturing and mining activities.
Other Activities
Apart from our main offices and subsidiaries, we have a number of joint ventures with local, regional and international market leaders. These partnerships were formed with the goal of not only expanding our capabilities as well as the market share in our active industries, but also, to further guarantee an improved and professional delivery of services. APG is also in proud possession of 3 revolutionary patented technologies and product designs which ensure considerable levels of energy efficiency as well as a unique approach to the regular mining, construction, and production procedures. |
