The Group owns, with international partners, a PATENTED technology that was invented in Germany and then Russia and later developed in South Africa

The PATENTED technology is related to crushing and milling and is reported by many experts to be a “game changer” in different industries including construction, and Mining because the technology changes the way the world has known crushing and milling since this concept was first designed and manufactured and is adding many added values to end users like

  1. cutting down costs by reducing power consumption by about 70% less (use only 30% of what similar machines may use),
  2. reducing plant footprint and allowing mobility by providing mobile or semi-mobile plants for capacities that reach 300 TPH which is not even thinkable in other technologies,
  3. reducing the down time of the technology in a way that is not comparable to other technologies as the maintenance of the plant is very easy and fast and all inner parts of the plant can be replaced -if needed- within couple of hours by only one or two technicians while other technologies requires couple of days to compete such task.

The group has its own optimized designs for processing of minerals -with or without chemicals- that is achieved through long studying and observing different technologies for long periods of time by our experts in different parts of the world. All our processing techniques are complying with all international standards for health and environmental safety and are tested and results proven. The Group understands the big investments required in this field and will not use technologies that are not guaranteed that may cause big losses in our investments.
