The Division promotes new businesses and projects by kicking of well researched Concept Notes that meant to attract the interest of both the company’s executives and external partners in the opportunity and feasibility of the project. Moreover, the constant follow up on new technologies and advanced techniques of cultivation coupled with testing new breeds of crops are always under research are always under testing to provide the projects with options and various solution packages. Agro investment risks and Obstacles are continuously analyzed and evaluated to mitigate it by developing practical scientific solutions.
Agro Consultancy Division:
In addition to soil testing, land surveys, climate data analysis, cultivation plans, and irrigation systems studying and design, the division conducts comprehensive business and financial feasibility studies for the projects including investment and business risk assessments to provide the potential partners with the full scope, data and results required for their decision making.
The Commercial Division:
The Trading Department of this Division is highly specialized in trading crops, agricultural, cereal and food products locally and internationally. The supporting departments of Contracts, Logistics and warehousing are well equipped to handle the company products and the traded quantities in terms of proper contracting, mobilization and cold and dry warehousing to the satisfaction of the local and international clients.
Agriculture Projects & Clustered Manufacturing Plants Division:
The division constructs state of the art cultivation and manufacturing projects using the latest technology and techniques to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This service is availed for both APG Agricultural partnerships (as investor or executor) and external clients.
As well, the division provides the service of Projects’ Management using different scenarios that guarantee the highest standards of quality and operation efficiency.
